Bill Barr is a known CIA drug smuggler, completely exposed in Terry Reed’s 1994 book, “Compromised.” He has huge amounts of blood on his hands — lost and ruined American lives.
Barr originally met GHWB when he (Bush) was DCIA and Barr was a young CIA lawyer.
The book cited above covers drug smuggling into Mena Arkansas in the 1980’s when GHWB was VP and Bill Clinton was Governor of Arkansas. The author, Terry Reed, was an agency asset in charge of the Mena flight operations who claims he left the program and went on the run (for years) when he discovered the planes he thought were just smuggling weapons to the Contras were in fact bringing many tons of cocaine back into the U.S on the backhaul. He was friends with Barry Seal, who was murdered soon thereafter when he was deemed a liability.
Barr was running Southern Air Transport, a Florida-based CIA proprietary that had general oversight of the Mena smuggling connection, including the payoffs to many well-known Arkansas crooks. During that time, Barr used the alias: Robert Johnson.

Absolutely. My mom’s little brother earned a Bronze Star in Vietnam. None of us ever knew until after he died and we were going through his things and found the medal and a picture. My aunt recalled him mentioning something about a recovery mission where they had to retrieve casualties, but knew nothing else and he never spoke about it. I tried repeatedly to get him to talk about Nam and he would just clam up. Although I did write down his rank progression and dates of service once… he was willing to give me that info for the genealogy files, but very little else. I need to put that medal on my research list to see if I can get more information about it.
I don’t care for Gutfeld, but he does come up with some great lines sometimes.
