+++++++++++++++++When I first read this I thought, "Oh no. Did Australia change it's flag to some crazy geometric multi-culti flag? What a shame."
So, I had to check to see what's Australia's current flag. Here are the 1st, 2nd, and current flags of Australia with their red ensign versions (for civil use) since it became a federal state within the commonwealth in 1901:
I have to admit, I don't see a very big difference, apart from the red ensign, how this flag is different than the current flag. The stars have changed slightly over the years so that's obviously the violation. (I wouldn't have noticed but for the descriptions given for each flag.) Then, I read this:
