I am not planning on more shots any time soon.
I think this virus is mutatating fast and fortunately the newer versions are less lethal than the older versions.
When covid first hit USA, our immune systems were not familiar with signature of that new virus. That is why it was so contagious and killed lots of people in the beginning, especially those with comorbidities. Now we have been well exposed to the virus and herd immunity has taken root.
Almost 19 months after my first jab I have zero adverse effects from the jabs. Besides I have a rigorous regular exercise routine. I just mowed my lawn with a push mower (not self propelled) in 85 deg humid Florida weather. Then I edged the driveway and edges along side walk. Did not need a break. And I have enough stamina left to go play 9 holes. I am sure you have read before that my age is 82. Regular aerobic exercise has phenomenal benefits in 70’s & 80’s.
I don’t even get colds. Can’t remember my last cold. Has to be 15+ years ago. Don’t need any prescriptions or doctors.
I highly recommend regular aerobic exercise to all Freepers of Medicare age. Start slow, build up slowly to a good 30 minute routine 5 times every week. You will be shocked how good that benefits health. I am not kidding, I feel athletic enough to join a ballet class and not be laughed out of it.
