My doctor verified that when I got my flu shot last year. She said they haven’t done much good for the last few years anyway. When I turned 65, I asked for the regular shot and they said I had to take the stronger shot. I get disturbed when they say I have to do something. I should have walked out without it.
I ran into a couple over near my high desert place that lived in Fallon and spent a lot of time riding around exploring in the mountains and hills. While they were about 10-15 years younger than I, and fit, their faces had a good case of “well used catchers mitt” going on.
