The raid on President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate coincides with developments in the civil lawsuit he filed against Hillary Clinton, Perkins Coie, James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Lisa Page, Peter Strzok and the entire cabal of DOJ, FBI and Clinton campaign operatives via the fake Trump-Russia collusion hoax known as ‘spygate’.
It doesn’t take a deep political analyst to look at the 108-page lawsuit, consider the evidence that would be needed to prove the lawsuit at trial, then overlay the timing of the court case and FBI raid to see both the content of the files at Mar-a-Lago and the motives of the DOJ and FBI to intercept them. {GO DEEP}
The severity of the raid highlights the desperation and political intent behind it. The ridiculous justification for the raid, nuclear documents, highlights the unstable desperation to control the political damage from it.

I agree with this. The nuclear secrets explanation is a hoax to cover for trying to get documents that showed the collusion behind the Russia Hoax. Trump would use them in the lawsuits, and he could release them as part of a 2024 presidential campaign. It was a FBI/DOJ CYA document grab.
From what I know...No matter what the warrant says...anything they find that is connected to a Trump Case is fair game and can be used against him in the "other matter". I think there are at least 4 cases going on now...and that includes Jan 6th.
If you wanted an interesting Biden question to pose....ask him when the WH briefed him about missing documents?
If he says he wasn’t briefed until raid was staged...then he’s been totally taken out of the loop and looks like an idiot.

So...some journalist needs to ask the question and determine just how far this comedy goes to.

The end game is to disqualify president Trump from running for POTUS again “by any means necessary” and “the end justifies those means” in thier twisted minds.......OBTW if they can put him in jail along the way well that’ll just be icing on the cake.

This entire conversation is insane.
The entire raid is a shit show between two sets of lawyers, trumps and the DOJ/National Archivist. The FBI agents and trump have very little to do with any of it. Trump can show with a ton of evidence that the documents were considered personal by both his presidential staff while he was president (important) and the general service office that packed and shipped the documents to his control in florida.
If the government can prove trump has done anything with the documents excluding letting researchers into the mess, they may have a case, if Trump and team have not touched the entire lot over the past 2 years then it is a big nothing. Thousands of former and current government employees are sloppy as all get out with an overabundance of classified items and only a handful face legal action.
Biden is in a really hard position, the only candidate he might be able to run against effectively is trump. Every other candidate, on both parties with be a breath of fresh air to the press and be covered with all the hotness. Every judge involved knows Graland has an axe to grind, knows Wray is ineffective, knows the agents are pushed around by a class of DOJ lawyers who have proven to attest to any theory.
DOJ has to show a document trump had got into outside hands after the documents were moved to Florida. Former Presidents has alot of paper, it was for the national archivist to keep up while the president was in office. Having the campaign documents, and JAN 6 was certainly the campaign is not the National Archivist job.
Nobody in congress has time to tie any of these documents to JAN 6, without the congresswoman from Wyoming, that committee is toast.
Would you expect there to be “backups” of those things?
Someone needs to ask Biden when he learned of the raid. If he says after he needs to ask what he’s going to do about a rogue agency that embarrassed the US in the eyes of the world.

Andrew McCarthy says this won’t disqualify Trump from running for presidential office because the qualifications for POTUS are set out in the Constitution and they’re very specific. He could run from jail if he wanted to.
