If those records had already been seized in the past, what were the FBI looking for this time?

Apparently poor record keeping can keep you from holding office. Seems like a very risky ‘hail Mary’ to send in the Feds but this IS how desperate they are to keep Trump from holding office again. I would imagine some kind of ‘executive priveldge’ would apply or some legality seeing how this has NEVER ever been done before.

The FBI has been weaponized by the setting administration. Commie crap just keeps getting better every day.

Every president takes presidential records with them when they leave. What do you thing the presidential libraries are for?

I would make it a standing order that EVERY piece of paper from the entire Executive Branch was to be sent to the FBI; every takeout menu, every flyer found on a car windshield, every bus schedule, every candy wrapper found on government property.

Compare this to the treatment about documents to the treatment of Sandy “Socks” Berger stealing documents from the National Archives and Mrs. Bill Clinton giving the Russians (and anybody else) thousands of Secret and Top-Secret documents by putting them on an unsecure server!

What, precisely, is a presidential library? And where, precisely, is it located? And who, precisely, determines its contents?
A president retains substantial authority beyond his term of office to retain for his personal use, matters of a personal nature, until such time as he deems it appropriate to place them in the public domain, to wit, in a Presidential library.

The regime is weaponizing the FBI against political opponents like Biden’s old boss did with the the IRS, the FBI, the intelligence community, etc. And all the #Democrats support it. Every. Single. One.
