I hope that the lefties have outsmarted themselves by making it easier for Ron DeSantis to run. 45 was great but he needs to step aside for someone younger. As Bracken has said: if Trump runs again, 10 million or so dem voters will come out to vote against him, that might stay home if DeSantis is running.

Make no mistake, if Ted Cruz had been the nominee instead of Trump and somehow managed to defeat the Hildebeast, we would have gone through exactly the same nonsense these past few years that Trump had to endure. Democrats thought that they had it in the bag with Hillary, and that they would complete the job of turning the US into a socialist sh*thole (at a minimum). Trump has proven to be more resilient than the average GOP pol, but in the end, whether it is Trump or DeSantis or whoever, they will be under constant attack from the Marxists (no point in calling them Democrats anymore).
