I found it - on my apple, I went to edit my profile in TS, then put the cursor at the end of my screen name, gave it a space or two, then clicked (edit)(emoji), and selected the bee.
I tried it on my PC yesterday, and didn’t seem to find a bee emoji. Not sure why Bill Gates hates bees.
You use your keyboard emojis or phone/tablet emojis. In windows you access emoji menu with Windows Key + period(.)

I did it on my Mac. My emoji selection on my PC is not complete, and I’m not sure how to add more. It doesn’t have any animals or bugs for some reason. But that’s Ok - once I added it on the MacBook, it’s there on all devices.
