So terrible for that family! I read something today that the pregnant woman’s sister said leave the baby with us while you go to the doctor. But the mom said no, I want to bring him. Dreadful, dreadful, dreadful.
And that other family was killed in that other fiery crash. Awful, seems there are too many of these events lately.
“She should be charged with seven counts of first degree homicide.”
It’s California Jake.
5.56mm
So, give her a stretched neck.
And she was engaged to be married the boyfriend was in the car too he was a security guard he was there supporting his family being there for his kids sounds like a stand up guy and now they are all gone..ironic that the Kaiser this murdering b*tch works at is the Kaiser I go to I never met this woman since she was an icu nurse ..someone who was supposed to save lives took seven lives take her out back and shoot her old yeller style
Exactly. It wasn’t the driver’s fault. She has “Anxiety” and is medicated. If no Elites were killed, it’s a minor traffic accident. After all, mistakes happen.
Maybe she was streaming it? That would be monstrous.
Under CA law, she can be charged with four counts of second degree murder (extreme reckless disregard, but no premeditation to support a 1st degree charge.) each count carries 15 to life
She blew her mind out in a car
She didn’t notice that the lights had changed
A crowd of people stood and stared
Well, if she was fixated on her cell phone, that answers your question.
If she was on her cell, I hope that’s an aggrevating factor.
baby daddy #1 is pretty torn up as you can expect at the death of his son. Mother of pregnant woman lived with her and says she cant go back there. Their gofundme is up over $100000 but sadly baby daddy #2 isn’t getting much donated to his fund.
This is bizarre. Who drives like that? Well, Anne Heche was kinda doing the same thing... wtf
(I had a Benz, not quick, but it was fast. I can remember doing triple digits on backroads of Oklahoma and my wife just slept.)
And just a couple years ago nurses could do no wrong….

Hey, she’s black so it was obviously the Mercedes Benz’s fault.
She has “Anxiety” and is medicated.

Insanity brought by drugs.
Since she was a nurse she didn’t have a criminal record, this is her first offense and a non violent one at that. She should be eligible for just probation. I will ask my ADA friend during the week to see what he says.
I wonder if the trial lawyers will have enough brass to run with that theory. I suppose the answer is yes, if there is a deep pocket to be found.
But she wasn’t on her cell it was held up high out the window.
I’m voting for pills or alcohol, but pills would be easy for her to get and go to work on.
She’s a “travel nurse,” which means she’s an RN contracted by different hospitals to fill in gaps in their staff. She doesn’t have any connections in the area and it’s probably not a great job, because I’m sure she’s resented by other staff.
There have been travel nurses for a long time, but this really took off with the Covid Craze, and a lot of those women (and guys) are really burned out by now.
thank you.
I think the real cause was the drugs she was taking given by a psychiatrist.
