Had to skip a few mornings, cannot seem to get rid of my Covid staying in fat.
Will have to start walking, hopefully it cools down soon.
Knees still bother me from that accident we had where they hit the dash.
Going to invent something so if you are in an accident and knees hit dash they are protected.
