The Associated Press had documented that there is a serious uprising in Iraq, which follows upon a fractious parliamentary election in October.
“A hugely influential Shiite cleric announced Monday he would resign from Iraqi politics and his angry followers stormed the government palace in response, sparking fears that violence could erupt in a country already beset by its worst political crisis in years,” the AP reported.
“Iraq’s government has been deadlocked since cleric Muqtada al-Sadr’s party won the largest share of seats in October parliamentary elections but not enough to secure a majority government, the longest since the U.S.-led invasion reset the political order,” the AP added. “His refusal to negotiate with Iran-backed Shiite rivals and subsequent exit from the talks has catapulted the country into political uncertainty and volatility amid intensifying intra-Shiite wrangling.”

Hunter Biden’s Attorneys Sought To ‘Infiltrate’ Set Of Upcoming Movie, Director Says
Davi first made the claim Friday in an interview with Breitbart News, the media outlet distributing “My Son Hunter.” The “Die Hard” star described how he was filming the new project in Serbia, which is when lawyers for President Joe Biden’s son allegedly tried to get access to the set posing as documentary filmmakers.
“We filmed in Serbia because I needed, you know, Ukraine. I needed to have that visuals,” said Davi. “A month before I was there, Hunter was in Serbia at Belgrade, a month before we started to film, and also they sent a team of lawyers down that were saying they wer e doing a documentary, to infiltrate the set and we find out later on that they were sent down … and they’re representing Hunter Biden.”
Davi also told Mediaite Saturday that at the time he “had a funny feeling” Hunter’s lawyers “weren’t forthcoming.” The director claimed he told the lawyers his goal for the film was not to “demonize” the Biden son.
Hunter lawyers Chris Clark and George Mesires did not respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.
