Moody’s found that found that 183 of the nation’s 413 largest regional housing markets are ‘overvalued’ by more than 25 percent
If a recession hits, house prices in those 183 regions could plummet by as much as 20 percent, Moody’s predicted
Mortgage rates have nearly doubled since January, rising to 5.13 percent for a 30-year loan as of last week, according to Freddie Mac

There is a house in my neighborhood that was priced at 779k 5 months ago, they just lowered it to 630k, so the math is right and I think gonna be worse.

Good story today for me,
This nice man does my yard over the last two years that works at our local gas station,asked if he could fix my privacy fence that buckled badly from all the recent rain,plus clean up my yard.
Came home late this eve and it was done!

Wow for the first time after being exposed many times raising my daughters and around grand kids,I get strep at this late age!
