I hired a young lady who was a naturalized US citizen from Nigeria. She had a TS clearance and multiple security certs. Her attitude was always positive and she delivered quality software on time. I had to recruit her to help with some backend server code (her primary skills are front end web). Just a little coaching and some code reviews and she was generating good backend code too. Nigeria has some smart, talented people.

Our DISA contract was completed and we've both moved on to new assignments. If asked, I would have no problem giving her a 5 star recommendation.
