If he had some legitimate grievances against the Ukraine, he
should have sought out agreements that would have stopped
the main problems he perceived.
He didn’t approach the U. N. on it. He just stormed in
both times.
When he did that, he scared the bajeebers out of his
neighbors. That just brought him more grief.
There are ways to do things and ways not to do things.
