That was my first thought when I saw this on twitt yesterday. Just imagine the pile of birds at the bottom of those mirrored outer walls.
All such plans are totally dependent on site security that has the authority to do whatever is necessary to keep order.
If “youths” are allowed to run free any city becomes a “no go” zone quickly.

Yep, there’s basically a city underneath Disney. I’ve been down there at Disney World when I worked in the sign business in Ctrl FL.
Another interesting thing I was under was Ed McMahon’s Star Search stage at Disney/MGM Studios. Had to replace a neon transformer that runs the white neon that lights up the star. I could barely see the light from the opening I crawled in through. Good thing I’m not claustrophobic.
Imagine what we could build here in the USA if kept our oil money for ourselves!
Whether they build massively up or massively long I call such projects examples of architectual penis envy on the part of their owner/builders. “Mine is bigger than yours” seems paramount in their minds.
