People who have long covid might want to take a look at the Whole30 diet since long Covid may be inflammation related.
I am getting ready to do the diet. It is a restrictive diet to clean out the system and you gradually add things back in. I cant do those radical no eating for a week diets
I suspect I will see a big change during that 30 days..probably mainly due to sugar restriction.
I learned about it from reading psoriasis posts. Their psoriasis has a big change on this diet for some people
Think the fasting and ivermectine protocol did the more restoring normal function and the 7 day fast was dramatic.
Fasting activates the bodies autophagy process by where the body looks for anomalous cells and proteins to scavenge itself for energy. and then begins an active rebuilding and renewal process in the body.proteins and blood clots are presumably prime targets for autophagy process and the autophagy activated rebuilding of covid damaged body systems makes good general sense
You have to build up to fasting and if you have cardiac or other systemic damage from covid or vaccines a sudden hard fast may not be smart unless you work up to it. Dr Valter Longo has developed a fasting mimicking diet that has shown effective to use autophagy to prepare people for chemotherapy.
Might be worth looking into. FWIW, intermittent fasting combined with periodic extended fasts has proven very beneficial across the board. Best of luck
