FYI all those studies about liver difficulties were about fake niacin - not nicotinamide.

There are different kinds of niacin all getting called Vit. B3. Read labels carefully. If you take flush niacin (nicotinic acid), it’s beneficial and 500mg is not a high dose at all. It’s the other kinds you have to be careful with. Niacinimide is what they put in multivitamins, and it’s the inferior synthetic crap that you shouldn’t get too much of.
