Aside from the mistake of the date, due to the Northerly tilt of the globe, very rarely is the sun [directly] overhead at any location on Earth. Although N1P and I are happily talking past each other, the discussion should center on "sun angle" and not geo-location. See Hippy's post HERE for clarification on "over head".
