Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

It's his specialty to do the research. There are receipts for his recommendations. If you would read the Hom3ostasis thread on Telegram you'd know why the doses are what he recommends. The protocol continues to evolve through iterations and patient feedback.
