Classic rocker David Crosby kicked a virtual hornets’ nest on Saturday when he complained about the quality of a portrait a fan shared on Twitter, calling it the “weirdest” painting of himself that he had ever seen.
Crosby — formerly of the folk rock group Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young — took things a step further, telling the artist not to give up his day job for a career in art.
“Hi @thedavidcrosby hope you are keeping well. Did a picture of you…. Thanks for the music,” the artist captioned his work.
“That is the weirdest painting of me. I have ever seen …..don’t quit your day job ……” Crosby replied.
“How’s this one, Dave? I just drew it quick, with the look on your face when you realize you may have come across like an asshole here,” @deebsFLA replied, sharing another drawing.
“Crosby, still an a**,” author Kealan Patrick Burke added.
Bill Corbett, “Mystery Science Theater 3000” alum, quipped, “Send up the Phoebe Bridgers bat-signal.”
“El contexto,” he added, referencing the time Bridgers called Crosby a “b****.”
“Bro you should be thankful you’re still getting fanart, I thought you were dead,” @girldrawsghosts added.

Best wishes.”
Needless to say he’s probably a Democrat if he even bothers to register and vote...................
Graham Nash: great singer.
Stephen Stills: good singer.
David Crosby: zero value.
Graham Nash was better than Stephen Stills.
Just A Song Before I Go was the group’s best song.
Neil Young - Southern Man don’t need him around anyhow.....................

Sheesh...... if anyone could be the poster child for a drugged-out has been loser, it would be David Crosby. What’s even more pathetic is lesbian Melissa Etheridge’s use of this putz’s sperm as a donor to birth her son, Beckett.
The son later died of a drug overdose....

The ‘portrait’ is far too fantastical and generous in appearance if you ask me...
I think more of Stills as a guitar player, and he is a heckuva vocalist too.
As normal as he looked, sadly, Melissa Ethridges’ son (by Crosby’s sperm) died of opiate poisoning at age 21, two years ago.
Crosby made crazy money destroying America. Now he is a grumpy a**hole.
I got the point that when they come on the radio, I turn the channel, same with Pink Floyd and Springsteen.
Did Ted Nugent weigh in? Ted loves to take shots at Crosby for being a huge asshole and destroying his body with drugs and alcohol.
It looks like it’s done in stained glass.
