They have been. What hasn't been released is a tiny portion of the total set of files tagged as "assassination related".
The files that got this tag don't necessarily say anything about the assassination at all, but are simply documents about people that are mentioned in some of the voluminous investigations. There's nothing in the remaining tiny amount of files that is going to change what we know about the crime.
