Just listened to X22 report tonight and if he is talking about the same event and x22 is correct, then the poster has it wrong.

X22 says that

1. the 22 year old had a CCW.
2. Indiana recently passed a law making concealed carry legal without a permit, so he didn’t even need the CCW.

X22 is pretty reliable, so my guess (not having researched further) is that the poster will soon have egg on his face. Not that that stops any of the media or other DS enablers. Just goes down the rabbit hole.

I don't know the Indiana laws but the mall had a no gun policy posted. In my state I'm pretty sure it's illegal to bring an open carried gun into an establishment which asks you not to...
