Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.

I won’t trust the hospitals, especially in the larger cities, when it comes to covid.
A lot of the small towns like mine aren’t as pushy. Nobody asks your vax status here, unless it’s your private doctor.
On one hand, I can understand a doctor that spent so much time and money, not wanting to lose their license over this. At the same time, it’s not what they should do. Unless the doctor is really pushy about it, I kind of let it slide.
Forcing the vax on you in order to treat you for something unrelated in the hospital crosses all the lines.
I don’t think I’ll ever trust another hospital again, or most doctors, understand or not.
Definitely stock up! If it comes to people eating or dogs eating, people will take priority. That’s why I have been making and preserving my wet dog food. I have the entire floor under the kitchen table stacked with 25-pound bags of dry dog food.
