What happened to this young man was a horrible crime, and that the guilty substantially escaped punishment was shameful. But the shame belongs to the guilty and those who excused them, and no one else.

Till's disrespectful behavior set in motion a chain of unfortunate events. This was way before Twitter and Facebook. Who knows if this woman had any role in this episode. Too bad Till's mother never taught him good manners. Simple good manners would have saved a whole lot of heartache for everyone involved.

If they do find her, then what? Are they going to drag her out of her hospital bed, wheelchair, disconnect any tubes and pull her out by her hair and string her up right there?

People are not thinking this through. Protests should be happening at the police stations nearby, or the capital, not at a senior living center.

If the arrest warrant is valid, she should be arrested. If she is well enough to be extradited to MS, she should be. If she is capable of participating in her own defense, she should go on trial for whatever crimes apply.

These people are a lynch mob and are out for a pound of flesh - LITERALLY. They want to lynch an 88 year old woman and I don't know they will be all that careful in making sure they have the right one.
