If the humidity gets really bad, it’s a good bet that
the thundershower will be pretty intense.
usually the sky will get real dark gray, really fast..
and the temp will drop sharply, the there’s an
earth shattering *KABOOM*
Maine gets a lot of rain, and no it’s not usually
that intense.
Gosh, I haven’t measured anything in so long making
that tater salad, lemme think a few minutes, okay?
(I usually just throw it together!)
In summer it can get pretty hot, especially in late July and August, it’s normally about high 70s to mid 80s.
I didn’t notice that, and watched it again.

Deviled Egg Potato Salad
About 2 1/2 lbs of potatoes
boiled, cooled and cubed
3/4 tsp salt
6 hard boiled eggs divided
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
3 tbsp. drained pickle relish
(YARGH, not in MINE!)
2 Tbsp of yellow mustard
1 Tbsp vinegar
6 dashes (aprox) or to taste of hot sauce
2 stalks of celery cut diagonally
Paprika
I scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
(I chop the yolks lightly)
Chop the egg whites and add to yolks
Add mayonnaise, relish, mustard, vinegar, hot sauce, and 3/4 teaspoon salt to yolks in small bowl; stir until combined and smooth.
Then add your cooled potatoes and the celery, and mix together gently.
Garnish with Paprika
*Some people like to add parsley to theirs, I don’t.
But about 1/4 cup would do it, I think.
I don’t get the relish in it-might be a southern thing.
I was asked once why I didn’t put relish in it.
My husband is from Nebraska, and when I was out there
I ordered a chicken salad sandwich, and it had relish in it
YARK!.
We’re all different, eh?

I guess since I have a senior cat with arthritis I tend notice limping. The very beginning you can see the kitten is holding one of its legs very stiff. And then when he walked he had a limp.

I don’t know, there is a cognitive dissonance there… my caregiver does see Biden as the cause of a lot of these issues. But she also thinks Trump directed people to break in the capitol 🙄
