Amazing how JoeFlationNation has made even some Dems realize how important our food supply is.
I stocked up on Mylar bags last year. My sealer contraption is pretty rustic .. and old 1x4 with a towel wrapped around. I just use my iron, as the flat iron contraption never worked great, for me.
When I was sealing a LOT of stuff, last year, I had a pretty good sized assembly line going.
I plan on dehydrating more veggies this week.

We aren’t getting a normal amount even though it is monsoon season.
But I’ll take every little drop that falls.
At least the little bit we received last night cooled off the day, high was only 81.
