What Ever Shall They Do?

The only decision left is WVA v EPA.
If it goes against the EPA, the fit will hit the shan.
I think it will and it will be 5-4.
That’s why Breyer turn in his \immediate\ resignation.
Imagine, if you will, a shadow government, running things from Deep within the government.
They make their own rules, regulations and laws and everyone must follow them or be severely punished.
Image these regulations are made without Legislative input and are summarily arrived at and implemented by the shadow government.
This shadow government, of which Rush Limbaugh spoke occasionally, has been running the rules, regulations and >>Laws<< while slowly gaining power to continue abated.
This shadow government is The Deep State.
This shadow government is the Senior Executive Service (SES), un-elected bureaucrats in union protected jobs.
Now imagine the SCOTUS decides that the Bureaucrats, the SES, the Deep State are illegally promulgating law without Congressional oversight, debate or approval.
In a 5-4 vote, they end Bureaucratic Legislation, deeming that laws made without Congressional input are null and void since inception.
This isn’t JUST the EPAs “greenhouse gas” rules.
It’s more than the death of the Green New Deal, it will find hundreds if not thousand of Bureaucratic “laws” null and void.
Think of any federal regulation.
Was it implemented by bureaucratic fiat or by Congress;
what was the vote?
Was it put in place by Executive Order or by Congress; what was the vote?
Dodd-Frank?
PFAS/PFOS?
Pandemic?
Lockdowns/Masks/The Vaxx?
Show me the vote in Congress.
The effing SES temple is gonna come crumbling down.
The Shadow Government will be destroyed.
Their Democracy - the rule of the majority of bureaucrats - will be endangered.
Tomorrow...10AM...be there or be square.
These bureaukratik rules have bit my butt for at least half a century. And it’s congressional lazyassness that’s created the huge problem. When they write a new regulatory law they usually can’t bring themselves to finish the details. And it doesn’t matter what the department or subject is. But they end the law with words like: -—as determined by the administrator.”
The worst is the EPA and it’s why we have regulated mud puddles. At a minimum additional, refined rules, should be re-submitted to congers for approval. There should not be ANY “made up by the administrator” rules.
Nice Post!
Note: the fed unions don’t represent SES
executives = Managers
🙏 Let it be, dear Lord, let it be!
Tomorrow...10AM...be there or be square.
