Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

She finally got it when I pointed out that the EPA was making their own “Law” in the form of “Rules/Regulations”. The Separation of Powers outlined in the Constitution REQUIRE the Congress to pass laws, the “Agencies” enforce those laws as written.
The big grin is developing as I think about BATF, CDC, OSHA, BLM, etc., etc., ad nauseum.
Interestingly there are 2 places in decision I think where Roberts likens EPA decision to those before against CDC + OSHA denying “vax” mandates.

The 2022 United States elections will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022.
150 days from Q4957 would be Nov 22, 2022, which is 14 days after the 2022 elections.
The only way that a president can serve more than two terms is if they take over after the previous president resigns, or is removed, and there is less than 2 years left.
The 2020 election was stolen, President Trump, stepping in, can complete what is left of his 2020 election and then go on to run, and win, in 2024, thus serving for 10 years.
The second clause of the 22nd amendment states the following:
“no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once”
Therefore, as long as that original partial term didn’t exceed two years, presidents are then free to stand again after a successful full term. The opportunity is there for a 10-year term. However, this has never happened. There are a few cases of presidents that took over mid-term and went on to be elected themselves but none went any further for various reasons.
It would seem so.

"But just because a cap-and-trade “system” can be used to reduce emissions does not mean that it is the kind of “system of emission reduction” referred to in Section 111. Indeed, the Government’s examples demonstrate why it is not.
First, unlike Section 111, the Acid Rain and NAAQS programs contemplate trading systems as a means of complying with an already established emissions limit, set either directly by Congress (as with Acid Rain, see 42 U. S. C. §7651c) or by reference to the safe concentration of the pollutant in the ambient air (as with the NAAQS).
In Section 111, by contrast, it is EPA’s job to come up with the cap itself: the “numerical limit on emissions” that States must apply to each source. 80 Fed. Reg. 64768.
We doubt that Congress directed the Agency to set an emissions cap at the level “which reflects the degree of emission limitation achievable through the application of [a cap-and-trade] system,” §7411(a)(1), for that degree is indeterminate.
It is one thing for Congress to authorize regulated sources to use trading to comply with a preset cap, or a cap that must be based on some scientific, objective criterion, such as the NAAQS.
It is quite another to simply authorize EPA to set the cap itself wherever the Agency sees fit.
