Vile Guest on MSNBC: Roe Decision a 'Vestige of Slavery'

File this one under, Everything Is Racist. As you might imagine, Nicolle Wallace's MSNBC show on Friday was one, long, primal scream in reaction to the Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade. But one of Wallace's guests took things in an absurd-yet-predictable direction. Michele Goodwin, a professor at UC Irvine, somehow managed to tie the decision to—of course—Jim Crow, and yes, slavery.

Here was Goodwin:

"We are still linked to the vestiges of slavery, and we see that in ways that are all around us in the United States with the rise of white supremacy which is also tied to the efforts to dismantle Roe v. Wade.

And so, as we think about getting it right, we need to recenter the conversation, and be honest about the vestiges of Jim Crow that remain with us, the vestiges of American slavery that are with us. I mean, we, right now, have free states and non-free states as it relates to bodily autonomy. "

Wallace marveled in reply, "It's incredible. It's an incredible, incredible, way thinking about this day that will forever be a part of our history."

Let's see if we get this right: being pro-life is being pro-slavery. And states that adopt pro-life laws are the equivalent of antebellum slave states—-despite the fact that a disproportionate number of the lives being saved will be those of black children. African-Americans comprise just 13% of the American population but have 38% of the abortions.

Goodwin also managed to work an impressive number of woke-speak phrases into her brief comments. Within a mere 60 seconds, Goodwin mentioned "centering," "arc towards justice," "lean into," and "recentered." Nicely played!

Wallace was deeply, deeply moved, pronouncing Goodwin's comments no less than "incredible, incredible, incredible."

On her MSNBC show, Nicolle Wallace's guest calling the Supreme Court decision reversing Roe v. Wade a "vestige" of "Jim Crow" and "slavery" was sponsored in part by Infiniti, Abbott, maker of Ensure, and Servpro.

Nicolle Wallace Michelle Goodwin MSNBC Deadline White House 6-24-22MICHELE GOODWIN: These midterm elections will mean a lot. But I also see this as a North Star moment, a kind of third Reconstruction. If we can understand 1865 with the abolition of slavery as being a part of the first Reconstruction, the 13th and 14th Amendments. And the middle part, the 1964 Civil Rights Act, the 1965 Voting Rights Act, as being second Reconstructions.

We need to get it right this time, and we understand the urgency of centering the lives of girls, and women, and folks who are LGBTQ, and individuals with disabilities as part of that new horizon that arc towards justice, which we continue to lean into.

But I think it's also important to understand that we are still linked to the vestiges of slavery, and we see that in ways that are all around us in the United States with the rise of white supremacy which is also tied to the efforts to dismantle Roe v. Wade. And so, as we think about getting it right, we need to recenter the conversation, and be honest about the vestiges of Jim Crow that remain with us, the vestiges of American slavery that are with us. I mean, we, right now, have free states and non-free states as it relates to bodily autonomy.

NICOLLE WALLACE: It's incredible. It's an incredible, incredible, way thinking about this day that will forever be a part of our history.

If you hear “racist”, you have confirmation that the speaker has an IQ that struggles to reach two digitsl. Regard them with the same respect as you would a turd. My black friends do.

If they are even women at all.

Yes, it really is a matter of opinion, isn’t it?

The Pro-Abortionists are like slave owners who lost their slaves and power.

Angry, white, ugly lesbians who have a better chance of being struck by lightning than getting pregnant.

Actually the opposite is true, of course. “They’re not really people” is an argument common to both those who argued for the morality of slavery and abortion.

Obviously, the FACT that blacks are SLAVES due to Socialist Democrats does not resonate with this one...

The Abortion Consumer!:

Dis-proportionally, the leading consumer of the abortionists’ services is the African-American
female.

According to the 2011 Abortion Surveillance Report issued by the Center for Disease Control: black women make up 14 percent of the childbearing population, yet obtained 36.2
percent of reported abortions.

Black women have the highest abortion ratio in the country, with 474 abortions per 1,000 live births. Percentages at these levels illustrate that more than 19 million black babies have been aborted since 1973.iv

According to the Departments of Public Health of every state that reports abortion by ethnicity:

black women disproportionately lead in the numbers. For example, in Mississippi, 79 percent of
abortions are obtained by black women; in Washington, D.C., more than 60 percent; in Georgia,
59.4 percent; in Alabama, 58.4 percent. In state after state, similar numbers are found, with black women aborting at two, three or more times their presence in the population.

At every income level, black women have higher abortion rates than Whites or Hispanics, except for women below level, black women have higher abortion rates than Whites or Hispanics, except for women below the poverty line, where Hispanic women have slightly higher rates than black women. V

The prevalence of abortion facilities within minority communities serves as a major contributor to the rate in which black women obtain abortions.

Accordingly, black women are 5 times more likely to have an abortion than white women.

A recent study released by Protecting Black Life, an outreach of Life:

This study coincides with historical revelations that
eugenicists dating to the mid-1900s, “[argued] that the most effective way they could advance their agenda would be to concentrate population control facilities within targeted
communities.”viii

Historically, blacks have been the unwitting victims of a hidden racist agenda of those behind abortion and birth control organizations because of they believed they were receiving a new civil right – choice.

In fact, pro-abortion forces have created messaging that reinforces the notion of abortion as a civil right, as seen in a 2012 meeting of the Congressional Black Caucus and ProChoice Caucus.

Margaret Sanger’s WHOLE PREMISE was to obliterate a Certain Race.
I have told that fact to pro abort libtards on several occasions and they refuse to believe it. I've shown them Sanger's racist quotes and they blame the internet for making up lies. It's weapons grade stupidity and obtuseness on their part.

Why does Michele Goodwin have such short hair? Is it a signal of her liberalism or the result of her past?

What I just learned, her father was a paedophile who raped her when she was just ten years old. Michele became pregnant at the age of 12 as a result of her father’s abuse. She aborted the baby due to fear that, at her young age, the baby threatened her life. I think people who are pro-life could accept the medical situation she was in. Ending the pregnancy saved her life.
