Can’t help you with the Redhead and I’d have to lie about it even If I could. The bike might be older than the redhead. Those yellow duds scream early 70’s but the bike’s been worked on. The wind screen and that buddy seat are not factory. The v-twin sidewinder cylinders are Moto Guzzi only. Nobody else did that. Except for that it was easy to confuse BMW’s and Moto Guzzies all thru the 50’s and 60’s. The double spot light driving lights came around in the late 50” and wouldn’t have been stock. One of my friends bought one just like this one in 1963 except his was silver and they didn’t change much for the next decade.
The color part doesn’t help date it, all my pics from the mid 50’s on are color but if it’s an original pic there might be a develop date on the back. And is that the front of an airplane on the left of the pic? The cowling looks 60ish?
The math is tough. If your Grammy passed in 78 at 98 then she would have to be @ 78 when that bike was new. The Redhead is nowhere near 78. I wouldn’t have called the cycle “really old” but I guess mine was after I wore it out?

The Redhead bike has dual gages and straight pipes, not bugles. Not the same bike.
