Motor-voter was the nail in the coffin because it expanded the voter rolls to basically every adult, without any concomitant requirement to secure the voting process. Which is how you get precincts in Chicago with 95% "voter" turnout, 900+ votes, and exactly 1 vote for Trump (virtually impossible statistically).
The Dems just expanded and fortified the Chicago-style vote fraud machine in every state where they had gained control of the state AG's office and the officials responsible for monitoring elections, as in WI and MI. Shazaam! 81,000,000 votes for a senile cretin who hardly left his basement to campaign.
I would love to see Speaker Trump and Senate Majority leader Paul sitting behind the resident at the next State of the Union address.
Dems would explode because as bad as they all are, the order of succession right now is all dems. Biden then Harris then Pelosi. This is important because everyone knows Biden’s gotta go but they have to figure out what to do with Harris because she’s not a better option. So suddenly that “who is next in line” becomes a consideration. And if it were Trump ... hoo boy.

I believe they only need a 2/3 majority in the Senate to remove President Poopy Pants - a simple majority in the House is enough to impeach.
But you are right anyway that it’s unlikely - more importantly, I think it would be stupid to remove Biden at this point.
The astonishing failures of the Biden administration and the resulting unpopularity of Democrats - are inextricably tied to Biden himself. He didn’t cause it - he is obviously a puppet and it is his puppet masters who have tanked the economy and put us in deep peril by their foreign policy blunders.
But for the voters, Biden is the symbol of that failure. The ideal thing for Democrats right now would be to be rid of Biden. They could have a new lease on life, approval polls for whomever took office as POTUS (Harris) and her chosen running mate (Clinton?) would peak as the fake news and late night talk shows flattered and pimped the new all-female team.
Everything that could not be blamed on Trump would be blamed on Biden - the ladies would be blameless, and enter the 2024 race with all the advantages of incumbency - no baggage - and a fresh start - clean as a whistle.
No, it will be MUCH better if we don’t help them dump their baggage - let’s not give the Democrats a fresh start.

At this point, I am guessing Trump is closer to eyeing 2024 than in being speaker.
In parliamentary systems, the Prime Minister, elected by a majority in the lower house of the legislature, is the chief executive, with the President or monarch serving in a ceremonial role. However, we have a tripartite system, with the President having real executive powers. Even if Trump somehow became Speaker of the House, he would not be in a position to wield actual executive power, which would remain in the hands of Biden and his handlers.

Should the GOP win the House in early Nov, whether Trump will consider an attempt at Speaker will depend on *WHO* the lame-duck House Republicans of the 117th Congress nominate for that post in the upcoming 118th Congress.
I won’t be surprised if the 22 election results in a Democrat sweep of almost all contested seats. Republicans resolutely closed their eyes to the really massive and open fraud of the 2020 election while Democrats signaled broadly that they were going to do it and even how and can be expected to do it again, this time at Congressional levels. Democrats proved their methods worked given Republican aid such as by the Republican governor and election supervisor in Georgia that got a request from the DNC and answered, “Will do!”
Trump doesn’t have to be an elected representative to be Speaker of the House. He can then impeach Biden and Kneepad Kammy and take over as President.
The dems know this and are scared of it.
Biden will not last the full four years.
House rules do not include the necessity that the speaker be a congressman.
