Poor guy. Clearly heartbroken.
With the ‘RAT politicians releasing dangerous criminals all across the nation, the LEOs have to arrest SOMEBODY to justify having jails.
Not all who call upon me saying “Lord, Lord” shall enter the Kingdom of Heaven.
Then there are some pious morons who are just SSOBs.
Rev. Tom Ford must be a real inspiration to his congregation.
If I were a member of her Dad's church, I woud leave immediately.
This is a case for jury nullification.
The fiancee’s father owns the grave.
Sounds like a real Pr***. Maybe the potential son-in-law was a loser, and not the best match - we don't know. But that doesn't matter now, because the daughter is dead. Why carry the vindictiveness?
In some jurisdictions the police are so busy that they no longer respond to minor events like traffic accidents without injury. But by golly, the cops and the courts sure had the time to prosecute that poor man.
“Then he discovered that a complaint had been filed — by the Rev. Tom Ford, his fiancee’s father.”
A very Christian and pious thing to do by the reverend.
What kind of Christian pastor files vindictive charges against a man like this?
Must be Our Lord's teachings none of us have ever heard of before.
When I am done and they put me to rest
Let the world know I done my best
If you visit me, pray by my side
And plant flowers here before you ride.

For a second act, maybe the preacher can have the fella arrested on Christmas day, just for poops and giggles. /s
“At one point, the pastor demanded that the couple not communicate with each other for 30 days, Hagans said. When they decided to keep dating, the decision fractured the relationship between Hannah Ford and her father.
“We jumped through all of his hoops to be together,” Hagans previously told The Post.”
What the heck is wrong with the dad????
Sheesh

Still looking for the Babylon Bee tag on this one.
Seems like a dic move to have the guy arrested but I don’t know the whole story. The father clearly hates the guys guts, though.
This is what most judges would call a “window case”. Open the window and throw out the papers, the court has more pressing issues.
If I was the father, I would remove the boxes but I wouldn’t contact the authorities. I would just keep removing the boxes until he quit. The former fiance should have worked with the father to see if they could place a memorial that they could agree to. That said, if the former potential son-in-law had done this ten times, it seems like it was an attempt to lay claim to the grave somehow. Weird situation and much more to the story than just the headline.
More proof that our modern court system is severely screwed up.
