When I lived in North Jersey, every Sunday there was a gaggle of bicyclists in their spandex and accoutrements and $1,000+ hobby horses completely and brazenly clogging up the road. Frequently, there'd be a moving traffic jam about 5 cars deep behind them, since it was a no-pass road.

The deer that ate my bushes with impunity were bad enough in Bergen County. These rats on wheels were a close second, though they frequently tie with motorcyclists who treat road rules as optional, followed by drivers making a left-hand turn who egg out into traffic.
