The guy is exactly right about feedlot cattle being in danger when it’s hot. It’s clear from the pics that the dead cows have been hauled from someplace and are being stacked for burial. At 1,000$ per it’s well worth the owner’s effort to make sure they have plenty of water. There’s no sign of a feed lot in the pics so I have to wonder how far they hauled the carcasses?
The feedlot guys I know, some in the family, always own a water tanker to help avoid these kinds of kills. they’re expensive.
