All kidding aside buried propane tanks are quite common, I have one for example.
They are buried with a large ‘bag’ which is a sacrificial anode.
I’d say of the 40 houses in my subdivision there are at least 30 buried propane tanks.
Most above ground residential propane tanks here are leased - this means the tank can only be filled by the company you lease the tank from.
A buried tank is a tank that the home owner purchased and the home owner is free to purchase propane from any vendor.

I saw a clip recently of one of Pence’s men, lawyer or staff, I don’t know which, being interviewed. I wish I had paid more attention. It may have been J6 thugs or another congressional committee. The questioner asked this guy if his faith helped him get through that day. Pence guy goes on to say that while he was so scared in that tunnel how he pulled out his Bible to read, etc., blah, blah, blah. Forgive me for being cynical but it looked so orchestrated and insincere. When do those clowns ever ask about such things with serious concern?
I looked for the clip and couldn’t readily find it on Youtube or RAV news. But searching on youtube it appears to me that this whole thing is attempting to set Pence up as a victim and a martyr and the good guy who should be next in secession. Appealing to religious voters in part of the plan. I don’t buy it.

BIG NEWS: Fake News CNN has just announced that it will no longer allow the use of the phrase,“The Big Lie,” probably because they are open to legal exposure as facts are now out, with more coming, that the 2020 Presidential Election was indeed Rigged and Stolen, and that the term Big Lie now represents the exact opposite of what the Democrats and Fake News Media was conning the public to believe. The present invention provides compositions and systems for delivery of nanocarriers to cells of the immune system. The invention provides vaccine nanocarriers capable of stimulating an immune response in T cells and/or B cells, in some embodiments, comprising at least one immunomodulatory agent, and optionally comprising at last one targeting moiety and optionally at least one immunostimulatory agent. The invention provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising inventive vaccine nanocarriers. The present invention provides methods of designing, manufacturing, and using inventive vaccine nanocarriers and pharmaceutical compositions thereof. The invention provides methods of prophylaxis and/or treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions comprising administering at least one inventive vaccine nanocarrier to a subject in need thereof.
