Golf is what’s keeping me from staying on top of other pursuits as well. Those of us who live where the seasons change understand that we have to cram as much of it in as possible before the courses close for those long 4-5 months of low temperatures. If I’m allowed to fly again and cross the border when winter comes, my next break from the game won’t be as long as it was last winter.

By law a dead animal cannot be processed for consumption. The reason is that if they didn't kill it themselves they cannot be absolutely positive what the cause of death was. A dead animal could be diseased. So even if you think you know for sure that they died from the heat you can't process a dead cow. period end of story. Keeps diseased animals out of the food supply. you know if there weren't severe penalties for that sort of thing shady operators would be processing animals that died under shady circumstances to save money.
