I hated Summer Breeze when it came out. Have come to appreciate it. Very well done song.

The Isley Brothers did a good cover of Summer Breeze.

They were known for their harmonies. One of the best harmony duos of their day.

Haven’t heard that expression. But Seals and Croft were among the small percentage of bands that mastered harmonizing, even if only a duo.

“Seals and Crofts put out a pro-life song/album in 1974”
I didn’t know that, makes me like them even more.

It is. Being that I came of age in the 70s, I may be biased, but 1970s music was the best ever. And I mean ever.
RIP Mr. Seals.

Summer Breeze. Heard it first time in January of 1972. Always loved it. Great hippie song.

Yacht Rock is a huge cover band out of Atlanta. They even charter a cruise.

I wonder if Jim Seals repented for “Summer Breeze” on his deathbed.
