And let's not forget about the cost in lost time while waiting on an electric vehicle to charge. I guess that's only a big issue for society's "makers".

So, 12 cents per mile is if you can charge it at home?
And how do they calculate the cost of the time it takes to charge them, especially if you have to drive to a charging station? Upkeep? Repairs?
