I’m guessing if the November election goes as badly as it looks, Biden is essentially going to be a lame duck the day after the election, the powers that be in the Democrat party will be sent to the White House to inform him he will NOT be running in 2024 and he’ll be forced to give the old LBJ “I will not seek nor will I accept the nomination” speech.
Weird. He’s actually the guy running things.

Biden already understands that he is not running in 2024. He has his excuse predetermined, development of a serious illness which will require his retirement. I know he keeps saying otherwise, he probably forgot that he foreshadowed this plan before the election; but the party will remind him and he will comply.

Unlike other posters, I don’t think Klain is the one running the show behind the scenes.
It’s him, Obama, Rice, Soros and others.
None really need to be IN the White House to do it, though at least one handler should be close by.
