I’m almost afraid to eat anything. I was honestly scared I was dying last night. I was kicked back on my bed, watching TV and eating junior mints, and on got stuck in my throat. I coughed and choked,then I couldn’t breathe. My mind was racing what to do. I ran to the bathroom and threw myself over the counter and got to where I could breathe a little, so I drank a little water, and after a few minutes I was ok, other than shaken up.

I have been afraid to eat anything while reclining since Cass Elliot chocked on a sandwich while laying down and died or was that a myth?
Whether it was the truth or not I never forgot it.
