BRING THEM BACK!
Thanks!
ROFL, HILARIOUS!
Report: Texas leads the nation with nearly a third of homes sold to investors
The National Association of Realtors found institutional investors bought 52% of homes in Tarrant County and 43% of homes in Dallas County in 2021
The NAR report found North Texas was a focus for investors. 52% of homes bought in Tarrant County and 43% of homes in Dallas County went to institutional investors. The other targeted counties were Johnson County (48%), Rockwall County (45%), Denton County (39%) and Kaufman County (38%).
Thanks for the belly laugh!
Back in, and, exhausted from the heat.
But, not as exhausted and overheated as the poor lady I helped to find her car, in the grocery parking lot.
Poor thing. I kept seeing her the whole time I was looking for a spot. When I got out of my car….she was still looking. So, we walked around a bit and she kept pushing her car fob alarm.
She acted a little embarrassed and said she wasn’t “delusional”.
I told her I was just worried about her being in this awful heat. About that time, we heard her car horn, thankfully.
YEARS ago, something similar happened, at the mall. I made that (elderly) lady get into my a/c car, until we found her car. That’s back when people trusted each other a LOT more :)
I really don’t know what happened to Ray.
I went back and checked my last e-mail from him, June 7, 2018.
He said he was very tired but looking forward to the move as he had family and friends in Las Cruces, NM and would let me know when they got all settled in.
He was even looking forward to returning to the TT.
I never heard from him again.
Ugh. To be turned into rentals, no doubt :-(
What’s a SRO?
The most dangerous thing happening in America today is the full weaponization of the administrative state against the enemies of the Democratic Party. Nothing else comes close.

Wow, almost exactly four years, to date, that you last heard from Ray.
Praying all is okay.
The @January6thCmte has spent over $2.5 million in taxpayer funds for their "investigation."
Know where that money has gone? Lining the pockets of their staff.

DAVID B. BUCKLEY - $15,666/month

That was very kind of you and probably made her day.
Now, I always park in the same place or near it so I don’t get lost in the parking lot.😁
I have a habit of not paying much attention to where I park and have learned the hard way.
Our temp has really dropped, 10°, as a storm is rolling in.
Son went walking around a lake a few miles from home and got rained on.
Haven’t seen anything yet but I brought the flags in just in case.
wow, that’s really something. I wonder if the cult women had anything to do with the murders.
A school resource officer.
>>>>wow, that’s really something. I wonder if the cult women had anything to do with the murders.
I think baby snatchers did it.
That’s not helping the housing market. Guess it helps further the “you will own nothing and be happy about it” plan.
How nice….to have that temp drop!!
Praying you get a nice rain.
A few years ago an elderly woman approached me in a parking lot, looking for her husband. It was obvious she was in late stage dementia or alzheimer’s. Poor thing. I stayed with her and walked around until her husband came out of the store, ran over to us, and really thanked me.
Ha! Their monthly ‘tax rip off’ payola ALL have the evil mark number.
Figures.
