:-) I didn’t know what Prions are.
I was born at Ft. Lee in VA on the military base. My problems started there. I had pneumonia a few times including double pneumonia once that kept me packed in ice for a while.
The military doctor there told my dad then that if I didn’t get to a warmer, drier climate that I would die. When he got out of the Army we moved to TN because family is here. I stayed sick so the doctors in TN said we had to move. We did. Getting older has helped and so has modern medicine. I’m glad I was treated for it before I got to the age I am now where doctors don’t care anymore. I learned to manage it myself.
