Suddenly aspirin is bad. Something that is in nature and comes from willow tree bark used for centuries… but things like warfarin (pharma co) are much safer… right.

Happy Memorial Day! God Bless all of those who fought and worked sooo hard to build, and now SAVE, our Country. Many brave and beautiful souls were willing to make the ultimate sacrifice. Please know that you are cherished, loved, and respected by all Americans, and much of the World. We are with you and will always be thinking of you and all you have done to MAKE AMERICA GREAT!
That’s how I feel. There were articles coming out about the dangers of aspirin when Delta and clots were so bad. It’s more propaganda from the so-called woke scientists and doctors as far as I’m concerned. I didn’t ask her, but I think those warnings are what my daughter was referring to instead of the aspirin that heart patients take. She was a little loopy for a couple of days. She prefers pharma where I prefer more natural.
I’ll trust aspirin any day over some of the blood thinners out there now. As far as I’m concerned, it’s a lot safer than any of those. There will be people that can’t take it but they probably wouldn’t be any better off with the pharma blood thinners. Have you ever seen the cautions on some of those? Scary.
Warfarin is from nature. It is the product of moldy sweet clover. Scientists from Wisconsin take great pride in this discovery.

Have you seen reports where the effects of aspirin have been compared to Warfarin, Eliquis, etc.? I am on Eliquis and would love to know if I’m being scammed simply to benefit Big Pharma.
It’s over $300/month and it pisses me off. After the scamdemic I do not trust anything that pharma says or does.

Nattokinase improves blood flow by inhibiting platelet aggregation and thrombus formation
snip
Oral administration of nattokinase from Bacillus subtilis Natto substantially inhibited both the collagen- and thrombin-induced platelet aggregations. The results mean that nattokinase not only inhibits blood clotting triggered by thrombin, but also blocks TXA2-mediated adhesion of platelets to the injured vessel walls as shown in the collagen-induced TXB2 formation [3-5]. Therefore, it is inferred that the effects of nattokinase are similar to those of aspirin, a well-known blood flow enhancer exerting its effect via both mechanisms.
snip. It is well known that non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs including aspirin can induce gastric ulcers and bleeding at high doses [20]. Thus, there is a need for an effective improvement of blood flow without risk of adverse effects, and natural products should fulfill this requirement. In the present study, the nattokinase extracted from fermented soybeans displayed excellent anti-platelet aggregation and anti-thrombotic activities in vitro and in vivo. Although additional exact action mechanisms remain to be clarified, it is suggested that nattokinase could be a good health functional food for the improvement of blood flow.
(Note....You can buy natto in a form called Nattozime.... You need to take on an empty stomach and wait a while or you digest the protein and do not recieve any benifit.)

Consumption of nattokinase is associated with reduced blood pressure and von Willebrand factor, a cardiovascular risk marker: results from a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter North American clinical trial
Results
Consumption of nattokinase was associated with a reduction in both systolic and diastolic BP. The reduction in systolic BP was seen for both sexes but was more robust in males consuming nattokinase. The average reduction in diastolic BP in the nattokinase group from 87 mmHg to 84 mmHg was statistically significant when compared to that in the group consuming placebo, where the average diastolic BP remained constant at 87 mmHg (P<0.05), and reached a high level of significance for males consuming nattokinase, where the average diastolic BP dropped from 86 mmHg to 81 mmHg (P<0.006). A decrease in vWF was seen in the female population consuming nattokinase (P<0.1). In the subpopulation with low plasma renin activity levels at baseline (<0.29 ng/mL/h), an increase was seen for 66% of the people after 8-week consumption of nattokinase (P<0.1), in contrast to only 8% in the placebo group.
Asprin inhibits cartilage repair and may cause gastic distress. (messes with the lining of your stomach.) IIRC
