First you have to put your pictures on a hosting site like photobucket.

If you’ve never added a pic to one of your posts, I suggest doing that FIRST before trying to upload and post your own pics. That breaks the process into 2 parts and you can be sure you understand the posting part, then next tackle the uploading part.
