It appears you are correct, Stylin. Supposedly the prosecution can’t appeal when the defendant is found Not Guilty, but what about the massive conflict of interest of the judge and jury? If not then either, I’m guessing that Durham just used this trial to get others tied up and into the public awareness.
Well, I hope Durham has Sussman lined up for something else.

And I have zero issues with this type of “censoring”. This is what actual fact checkers should be doing. Remove disinformation, not differing opinions or uncomfortable facts.

Here is what the testimony and trial revealed:
Sussman met with the FBI to provide false computer data that wrongfully showed that a server at Trump Tower was connected to Alpha Bank, a Russian controlled bank. The evidence was false and contrived, but Sussman submitted it as legitimate, but that doesn't matter.
Sussman billed the campaign attorney's hours for the date Sussman met with the FBI, but that doesn't matter. Sussman billed the campaign for the storage media used to provide the false evidence to the FBI, but that doesn't matter.
The FBI personnel in question conveniently couldn't remember if Sussman told them, or didn't tell them, he was, for the purpose of the meeting, working for the campaign, but that doesn't matter.
Three jurors were campaign donors for Hillary's campaign, and another donated to AOC, but that doesn't matter.
A juror's daughter and Sussman's daughter were on the same sports team, but that doesn't matter.
Hillary and others in the campaign had awareness of this submittal of knowingly false data to the FBI and took the anti-Trump story to the media, which the media swallowed hook, line, and sinker, but that doesn't matter.
The judge's wife is the attorney for Lisa Page, who is heavily involved with the overall hoax, an "insurance policy" to keep Trump out of office (or As the World Turns), and interfering with a presidential campaign, but that doesn't matter.
While well connected criminals get away with conspiring to tank a Presidential candidate, unknown other citizens are still languishing in solitary confinement as political prisoners for trespassing the Capitol on January 6, but that doesn't matter.
