Now you’ve got me thinking about Weird Al’s Amish Paradise song.
The horse knows the way home.
A lot of Amish treat their animals like crap and their puppy mills are an utter disgrace.
GMTA
LOL perfect
Amish Rumspringais ,a sort of coming of age ritual practiced by many Amish communities wherein teens are allowed a level of freedom they never had before, and it didn’t go so well for him I guess. 🙂
The cop must be new in the neighborhood Every body knows the horse would know its way home. The classy move for the cop would be to road guard for the buggy then bust Foonman when the buggy stopped at home. I’d be inclined to fire the cop for using his car to muscle a horse. Lucky the cop just didn’t up and shoot somebody for ignoring all his blinky lights. I try to support cops but this one needs more pages in his book.
Weird Al?
I thought the Amish had invented self-driving buggies.
We’re not democrats, right? Still we gotta take care of these people. Think Kelly McGillis.
PIT maneuver at 109mph. Full video of chase.
Unbelievable. Watch the end where all cams show the move.
“....and the buggy crashed into the deputy’s car.”
Do buggies have air bags?
Since when do horse driven buggies have a steering wheel?
FTA: An Amish man cops say was drunk was filmed passed out behind the wheel of his moving buggy....
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I have yet to see an Amish buggy with a wheel. Why would a wheel instead of reins be used to guide a horse?
The Amish have had self-driving “cars” for centuries. Driver knew the horse would get him home, so he went to sleep. Safe as houses until the cop interfered.
That was what I was going to ask.
These cops must have a lot of spare time to burn.
