Durham is preparing the battlefield for later action. He is making certain he removes the entire “Attorney-Client Privilege” lie from any subsequent prosecution and can remove that objection from any later attempt to shield documents.
He is making certain that it is known that Sussman lied when he indicated that he was not acting on anyones behalf when he brought the “Information” Regarding Alfa bank.
And, whether the jury convicts or not it will be out there that this entire conspiracy is false.
