Saw a video of shark tooth hunters in a creek in SC who found a skull and called the cops. The forensics woman who examined it on scene determined it was of colonial age within minutes of studying it.

Now that whole area is “sacred” ground.
I spent a few summers stumbling around the west taking landscape photos. I got real sick of being told places were “sacred ground” for no other reason than “they don’t want YOU on it.”
Of course…for $25 it becomes less sacred.
