Think of a unique name and put a number or two after it.

I got in the first try. I’m flamingodaddy on Truth social. Maybe try reloading the app.

I do recommend emailing support@truthsocial.com and engage their help on this.
Truth wants a phone number to text a code to complete registration.
What if the person wanting to register doesn’t have a cell phone?

Didn’t do app. Just went to site and filled in what they asked for, got the verification code. But, when I got to username, each one I tried was used.
I couldn’t get “Allegra” when I signed up a few months ago, but it took “AllegraFR.”
I was really shocked to see a “register” button when I visited truthsocial a couple of days ago. I made an account without a problem.
When I signed up I put my user name and password. It kept saying username was already in use. I tried several different versions, same thing. Then I went back to my original username with a different password. Bingo, it took it. So I suggest you try a different password.
Get a Google voice number. I use it for all things spammy.
It gets about 50 calls a day from robots selling car warranty and heath insurance.
I get emails of the transcribed voice mails.
Just what I want. More spam.

You can change your user name after you create an account. The account name will stay the same but you can change the user name that is displayed.
