If the report is accurate, the Supreme Court is poised to inflict the greatest restriction of rights in the past fifty years – not just on women but on all Americans.
The Republican-appointed Justices’ reported votes to overturn Roe v. Wade would go down as an abomination, one of the worst and most damaging decisions in modern history.
Several of these conservative Justices, who are in no way accountable to the American people, have lied to the U.S. Senate, ripped up the Constitution and defiled both precedent and the Supreme Court’s reputation.
This is at the expense of tens of millions of women who could soon be stripped of their bodily autonomy and the constitutional rights they’ve relied on for half a century.
The party of Lincoln and Eisenhower has now completely devolved into the party of Trump. Every Republican Senator who supported Sen. McConnell and voted for Trump Justices pretending that this day would never come will now have to explain themselves to the American people.

I have no doubt that the Chief Justice will work to root out the radical activist that betrayed the sacred tradition of the court. The leaker must be immediately removed from their position and exiled from the legal community.

The hullabaloo over the leak obscures the fact that we are witnessing an historic event, the Court overturning the absurd 50-year-old “right” to kill your child. This is on par with the overturning of segregation laws which had persisted since the late nineteenth century #SCOTUS

1) GOP UT Sen Lee on Fox: As a former Supreme Court clerk, I can tell you there are very, very few people in that entire building who had access to the opinion.
2) And I’m virtually certain that there are a number of people inside the court right now who probably figured out who it is. That person needs to be brought to justice and held to account for what they did here.
3) Lee: Look, this is just the first in what I predict will be a series of other attempts to de-legitimize the Supreme Court of the United States in the coming months
